At Aaradhya Agro, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to return a product. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning products.

This Refund and Returns Policy fall under the jurisdiction of Titilagarh Municipality, Odisha, India.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• • The product received is damaged during transit.

• • The product received is defective.

• • The wrong product was delivered.

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• • Change of mind.

• • Incorrect ordering.

• • Incompatibility with other products not purchased from us.

2. Return Procedure

If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

• • Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

• • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).

• • Our customer service team will assess your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 25 days. Please note that the refund amount may vary depending on the condition of the returned product and any applicable restocking fees.

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product delivered, damaged or defective product), we will bear the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for returned products. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 25 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@aaradhyaagro.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
